Outdoor Patio Privacy Screen – Retractable Side Awning 118 x 71 Inches

Extend Privacy Without Permanent Walls

This retractable side awning offers a practical solution for creating a private space between your outdoor areas without the need for permanent barriers. Crafted with a combination of aluminum and metal parts, it features a PU-coated woven fabric panel that measures 118 x 71 inches. Unlike fixed privacy panels, this retractable design conveniently stores in a compact 3.5-inch housing when not in use. An angled support bar ensures the fabric remains taut during operation, while the UV and water-resistant materials make it ideal for outdoor scenarios, allowing for easy maintenance.

Pull, Position, and Retract

The extendable handle allows you to effortlessly pull the fabric from its wall-mounted housing to the receiving post opposite. Once secured, it creates a substantial 118-inch privacy barrier for your outdoor spaces. A simple release of the latch activates the spring-assisted mechanism, smoothly guiding the fabric back into its housing. This system mounts onto a wall, while the receiving post can be anchored to various surfaces, including concrete and hardwood, making it versatile for different outdoor layouts.

Store Neatly Between Outdoor Uses

For installation, drilling into an appropriate wall surface is necessary, with a minimum width of 4.5 inches recommended for stability. The wall should ideally be at least 62.2 inches high and free from obstructions. During adverse weather conditions, such as high winds or heavy rain, it’s advisable to retract the fabric into the housing. When not in use, only the slim 3.5-inch wall cassette remains visible, simplifying outdoor upkeep with its easy-to-clean fabric and protective housing.
